Daily Highlights Tour
This tour offered a 45 minute look at some of the showstoppers at Dublin Contemporary.
These tours took place at 3pm Mon-Fri and 2pm and 6pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Free with exhibition admission.
Tour, Talk & Tea
Visitors were encouraged to relax and enjoy a tour and informal discussion, followed by a cup of tea or coffee. Each week, we explored a different theme by looking at and discussing different works in the exhibition.
Tour, Talk & Tea sessions took place on Wednesday afternoons at 4pm.
Free with a valid exhibition ticket, alternatively, €6 if you just wished to join us for Tour, Talk & Tea.
Ten Minute Talks
Perfect for visitors who were short of time, or simply wished to learn more about a particular art-work, these short talks gave visitors a quick insight into a different work each day.
Ten Minute Talks took place at 1.30pm and 5.30pm daily.

Dublin Contemporary Described
We invited blind and partially sighted visitors to join us for Dublin Contemporary Described, which explored some of the highlights of Dublin Contemporary using audio-description and touch.
These tours took place on 22nd September 2011 and October 20th 2011 at 6.30pm.
Tours cost €5, or is free with a valid exhibition ticket. Booking is essential.

Irish Sign Language Interpreted Tour
Dublin Contemporary welcomed visitors who use Irish Sign Language to an ISL-interpreted tour on Saturday September 10th 2011 at 3pm.
The tour costed €5, or was free with a valid exhibition ticket.
Discovering Dublin Contemporary
Dublin Contemporary invited people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and their family members to join us for a specially tailored interactive programme where participants explored and talked about some of the highlights of the exhibition.
These tours took place on Tuesday 27th September 2011 and Tuesday 18th October 2011 at 2pm
This programme was free of charge but advanced registration was required.
Assistive listening devices
Assistive listening headsets and loop devices were available for selected Highlights Tours, Ten-Minute Talks, Tour, Talk & Tea, Discovering Dublin Contemporary and Dublin Contemporary Described events.
